Great article! You’ve articulated the things I look for and that everybody should look for. There won’t be diversity until everybody demands diversity — it is second order, but the deep culture is not going to change until white males also start demanding to be interviewed by women and under- represented minorities, otherwise you keep hitting racists and sexists.

BTW, I know you are all white, but you should, on the above grounds, also look to be interviewed by blacks and Latinxs, not just more people who look like you.
