Why?

I don’t know much about American no-foot-ball, but if a team can have 150+players when at most 11 are on field at any given time, surely there is room for two stellar QBs? In any case, it is a rather limited system to use as an analogy to make broad generalizations, for example, there is no room for growth — doing well doesn’t lead to doing more.
