This should be presented as a relative odds ratio, “The odds that a 25-yr-old man will respond to a 50-yr-old woman are twice the odds he will respond to any.” Of course, you should normalize every row like this, which will allow the correct comparison between rows as well as across the two tables. The “blue-red” scale is completely arbitrary and uncalibrated.

Data “scientists” who throw data into a logistic regression model should know why.
