Jesse Singal’s favorite word seems to be “nuanced”, but nuanced without a critical look and lacking any depth, scrutiny, skepticism, counting or subtlety for that matter. Thier writing career rests on finding a few counter-examples to whatever point or thesis they’ve decided they want to rebut.

That’s not nuance, that is just reactionary contrarianism or antidisestablishmentarianism.
