My guess is that in addition to sexual harassment there is a large racial component as well to your case — given the large incidence rates of white guys in tech there are few cases of white guys (admitting to) being sexually harassed.
Interestingly, I suspect there is racism even in the sexual harassment cases (of women) that do come to light, in terms of the demographics of the accused perpetrators. Consider the three best known recent public cases: the CEO of Gravity4, the Uber ex-Google engineering executive and the individual named in the Kleiner Perkins case: all Indians! Really, white guys aren’t sexual harassers? Why aren’t their names and cases being brought into the light? Because HR is predominantly led by a white woman who knows which side her bread is buttered on?
