We all know whose politics are going to change, it just needs a little bit of mansplaining.

Did she look outside the pool of white men to date? Was she willing to be single (not celibate) ? — it is much easier to mix politics and sex than to mix politics and your while value system, unless you didn’t really have one in the first place.

So she wanted to be an “ally” without giving up anything personally? There is no solidarity without sacrifice.
